Melissa Brown
Melissa was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. She attended the University of Cincinnati, where she graduated with a double major in Marketing and Real Estate - two of her interests from a young age on.
She sharpened up her advertising skills at a specialty advertising school in Minneapolis, MN. While attending advertising school in the evening, Melissa worked as a Leasing Consultant at a Property Management company. This is where she found her passion helping people find their next home.
Melissa moved to Atlanta, GA to pursue a career in advertising where she found the perfect fit at an Advertising Agency specializing in the branding, advertising, and marketing of Real Estate Developments. After learning how to market condominium projects and master-planned communities, Melissa realized that she could better utilize her skills.
It became clear that all of Melissa's experience pointed in one direction. She moved home to Cincinnati, received her Ohio Real Estate Sales License. Her next goal is her Kentucky license so she can better serve the regional urban cores.
With Melissa's 'Cincinnati Roots,' valuable skill set, and 'Urban Taste' there is no better place for her than the Huff Realty - Metropolitan Office. Melissa is currently a member of the Downtown Residents Council, Downtown Cincinnati Inc and the National Board of Realtors. Melissa's goal is to play a dynamic role in the revitalization of Downtown Cincinnati.

Paul Westendorf
I was born and raised here in Cincinnati but after enduring the blizzard of 1978, our family decided to move to the West Coast of Florida. While in Florida I was involved in the Restaurant Business as well as Real Estate. In 2005, we decided that it was time to slow down a bit and at the same time return back to Cincinnati. After taking a 6 month sabbatical, I realized that I missed working and needed something to do, so I decided that I would get involved once again in Real Estate. It was fairly easy for me to make the decision to join HUFF Realty they offer great training and have a very dedicated staff mission that aligns with my feelings regarding customer service. I feel that the purchase of a home is one of the most important financial decisions one can ever make and that it should also be one of the most enjoyable.
I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Ohio Association of REALTORS and Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS. Still a member of the Florida Association of REALTORS as well as the Manatee and Sarasota County Association of REALTORS.
If I can assist you in the process of buying or selling a home, or if you just wish to obtain information on a piece of property, please contact me.
Achievements
SRES Designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I am looking forward to working with all of the Empty Nesters, like my wife and myself.
Community Involvement
Member of the Downtown Residents Council, and the Contemporary Arts Center.
